Horrible. Saw me for 5 minutes n told me to come back next week. Does not have the best interestS of patient.
Was a patient for many years and very responsive. Three weeks ago I received bloodwork with abnormal PSA levels. I have tried for three weeks to get a response from Dr. Graham as to the next step but no response. I have changed doctors.
I would not recommend him or his team. Had kidney stones and was stuck in hospital over Christmas. Put in a stent and told me to see how it would work. Saw him in office the week after and told him of my pain. He set up procedure a week later and he cancelled my procedure the morning of. I finally checked myself in downtown and procedure was accomished day later. I wasted about 2 weeks in pain and missing work, as well as money. Wouldn't waster my time with him.
Exceptional doctor, very thorough, listens to your concerns, and checks you out thoroughly thru exams and lab work, etc.
Be aware. Be very aware. This man does not have his patients best interests at heart. He really dropped the ball in my case and could have jeopardized my life.
He was awful, I legit waited longer to see him then I did with him. He didn't listen to what I had to say and kept yessing me to death. I expressed my frustration and it was more like I was being a annoying than a patience. He also had me in the office, for me to tell him what was wrong with me, he ordered me an ultrasound and said do a fellow up appointment. Legit my fellow up appointment he told me my u/s looked good, and at this point there was nothing he could do, nd wil see me in 6wks.
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Graham. I met Dr. Graham as a new patient needing an urgent appointment. His office worked me in and for the last 1.5 years I have relied upon Dr. Graham to lead me through treatment that ultimately lead to a TURP Procedure. I read about all of the side effects of having the TURP Procedure and I experienced none of them. Had the procedure, spent 1 night in the hospital and home. All previous symptoms are gone and I feel free.
I went in for a first visit today. It was very rushed, I was walked in on while changing, and during the internal bladder structure exam, 2 of his nurses just stood there staring at my lady business our for the world. :( I was very embarrassed. All the dr wanted to do was give me an RX and send me on my way. He did not try to help me understand all my symptoms. Will not go back.
Horrible, does not respond to patrients phone calls. Better off treating yourself.
