Dr. Graham does not appear to have any concern for the well-being of the patient, nor concern for pain inflicted. He seems to think it is funny. He also does not appear to be good at his job. The procedure he performed only made the symptoms worse.
If I had gone with the reviews I would not have met Dr. Graham. My visit with the Kingwood office was a follow up on having bladder cancer removed last August and relocating to Texas. This was to be a 9 month checkup but getting re-established in a new location was the hard part. Dr. Graham was very kind and I felt I was in good hands. Great news, I left with him finding no cancer. Crystal his nurse was amazing and so was his staff. Thank you.
DOCTOR REFUSED TOO LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS. HE DID NOT PUT UP MY X-RAYS AND EXPLAIN WHATS GOING ON WITH MY KIDNEYS!!!! HE WANTED METO COME BACK FOR MORE BAD TREATMENT, I DON'T THINK SO.
Seems to be a common theme, late to his patients, does not listen to actual problem, does not follow up -through with concerns- prescriptions. Unfortunately will have to look for another place.
I scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks out. Showed up for appointment with paperwork in hand along with an ultrasound. I had a kidney stone that measured large on ultrasound. I’ve had lithotripsy twice before for kidney stones. Dr. was 45 minutes late, I sat in a room alone and nobody checked on me. I laid my head down and fell asleep only to find out if you sit still long enough the lights in the room go off! Movement turns them back on…they went off 4 times! Visited for the first time , took the scan as prescribed and despite several requests to obtain result…he never contacted me to discuss.
This is easily the most disorganized clinic that I have ever visited. - The doctor was 30 minutes late in seeing me, and once I got to the room, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Waiting that long is simply not acceptable. - I completed new patient forms about 2 months prior to my visit. Upon arrival, they asked me to fill out new patient forms. Absolutely would not recommend him. No return calls, no sense of urgency, lack of empathy. Issues with him happened not just once, but several times.
