I was inappropriately charged for psychiatric services from this office. The staff is snappy and hard to reach and they continue to send me bills that are not accurate. Would not recommend.
This is a vundaful Dr's office ... the front desk staff customer service is 101 & Dr. Grady is awesome (he not only listens to you, but cares about your health) ... I'm sooo sorry that I'll no longer be under his care ... I'll truly mizzz him & his staff ... much success to his organization & thank you for the aaahhhmmaazzing years of being MY Dr ☺️
Spring Valley Primary Care based at 4910 Massachusetts Avenue NW in Washington DC (near the NW DC/Maryland border) is a top notch internist group led by Dr Michael J. Poor bedside manner from almost all the staff I’ve interacted with and overall a very disorganized office. Staff would constantly tell me contradicting information and then were rude when I tried to clarify. Also very limited hours (during the workday only) and staff get mad at you for calling toward the end of the day or on Friday. Currently switching primary physicians because of this.
DR MICHAEL GRADY IS MY DOCTOR I HAVE BEEN SEEING HIM FOR SOME YEARS HE KNOW MY BODY VERY WELL I AM GETTING OLDER NOW BUT I HAVE ISSUES BUT HE IS HELPING ME WITH HELP WITH OTHER DOCTORS I LOVE MED STAR HE WORKS OUT OF GEORGETOWN HOSPITAL ONE THE BEST HOSPITALS AROUND IN THE DMV AREA I LOVE THIS
