Very unfortunate place. I been going there for years all of sudden I received a bill due to my insurance didn’t pay. A year after. I called to pay and they told me it’s been sent to collection only for $570 I believe. I wanted to pay which I will pay the collection no problem but why it was sent there ? They told me I probably never received previous notice due to their system change. And they did actually changed their system because I they couldn’t find my appointment. Great Dental Office
Unfortunately I was informed incorrectly of their practice. They had me prepay for any procedures I would want done, and to my understanding what i had prepayed for was incorrect. So now im left we a temporary filling from a root canal and no permanent crown. From the time I waited to finish my procedure while Covid quarantine was happening. To my knowledge, everything was prepayed for and I can now I can complete my tooth. Now im being told it wasnt fully paid for, I dont have insurance anymore and I cant afford any additio... read more
