Great service, I can't say enought how grateful I am to dr. Ghods and his group . Everything I need always gets accomplished.They have specialists, they have everything.I can't say enough, but thank you to this medical group.They are the best.
Besht Wellness is fantastic. They’re thorough, responsive, and super friendly. Things can be done through email, text, and even Zoom. Their communication quality is off the charts. The providers I’ve met are all outstanding! I’m so grateful to have them as both my and my spouse’s primary care provider. Underground parking and validation, as well. A+
receptionist is really rude and wont help. Would never recommend anyone to come here. Very poor service.
I am a new patient to this practice and everyone I have spoken with over the phone and via email have been nice. However, I’m learning that this business is MESSY. You have to be on top of them if you want things to get done, especially when it’s an urgent matter. It’s hard to get straight answers over the phone or manager callbacks. The Appointment Reps know very little about provider backgrounds and the doctors’ schedules. (They push for you to see a PA or NP.)
