Won't return a call for active patient idk what to do. BUT go through the proper complaints with DHS.
This office called me no less than eight times this morning trying to get information about a patient. I don’t even know the person who he asked about. They even provided the name of the patient which is a HIPAA violation. They did not ask for my identifying information or how I was related or if I could validate any personal information. Their business practices need to change.
Phenomenal doctor who is caring and takes care of my needs. Finally, I found a great doctor
Dr Ghods really took care of me in the hospital when I was sick. He addressed all my concerns and made sure I got the appropriate medications. His team followed up to make sure I was safe at home and continued to be my doctor even after I discharged from the hospital. He’s the best!
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Michael Ghods. The customer service was abysmal, and the lack of responsiveness was frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my calls and emails went unanswered for weeks. When I finally did get a response, it was dismissive and unhelpful.
