Everyone was really nice; and Dr. Gen really listened and cared, and made me feel comfortable asking questions.
Best Doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with. He is extremely educated and has a beautiful bedside manner. I just think he’s the BOMB :)
Today was my mom’s first visit and I was impressed with Dr. Gen. He took his time, answered all our questions in detail, and explained his answers. I feel like my mom is in good hands with Dr. Gen.
Terrible service with reception ladies and the person that handles Insurance. We were stood up 2 times when a Nuclear Stress test was scheduled. We had their letterhead with a date and time, did fasting got there and my husband was not on their schedule. It happened TWO times. If you call there it has a recording that says there is no one here to take your call. We called 4 times then called at 4:50 pm before they closed and the answering machine said they were closed.
