Extremely expensive. The office has been good though, everyone is pleasant to deal with and quick to address policy changes or answer questions.
My rate almost doubled in less then a year. I have been driving for 20 years no accidents, no insurance claims ever. But i guess allstate has to get there profits up. I guess the 15 billion profits last year was not enough.
I was with this place for almost a decade. They canceled my insurance policy because my debit card got stolen. Then, without authorization, they put my wife as the primary on my insurance without letting us know, and without having her sign documents then they refused to let us know that we owe them money and sent us to collections without ever telling us that money was owed on the policy.
