So, Google needs to be updated on Allstate Insurance Facilities. But here is my newest update. I drove to another location that Google said was open and when I arrived, there wasn't a ALLSTATE at all! So I called the number listed. Spoke with an actual Allstate Agent and not a third-party agent. Bakersfield, CA Facility was quick and friendly. Agent Julie Not Only gave me their address but was more then welcoming. If anything,she made my day endon a great note.
Rosa Acosta was great and explained everything very good.
We had a great service experience with Nicole Vega. She took care of answering all the questions we had and was very patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process. We definitely recommend to get your ensure with her.
