Dr. Garner was very frustrated with me because I came back to him after my first visit with questions about why my new contacts were blurry. I was new to wearing those type of contacts and did not realize i was wearing them wrong. When it came time to go to the optical center to check on my new glasses order, the tech told me that Dr. Garner changed my prescription so that i no longer had the option of using the hi index feature with my lens. IT'S PLAN TO SEE THAT THE CORPORATE OFFICE FOR THE EYE ASSOCIATES DO NOT KNOW THAT THE MANAGER WENDY AND THE FRONT DESK WOMAN ARE PREJUDICE, AND THERE ARE EMPLOYEE'S THERE LIKE TERRENCE THAT SEEM TO THINK THAT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE YOUNG LADIES IN THE STORE FLIRTING WITH HIM ARE MORE IMPORTANT THEN 5 YEAR REPEAT MULTIPLE PAIR OF GLASSES BUYING CUSTOMERS THE STORE HAS THE WORST EYE DOCTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN OR HEAD.

I have never been more unimpressed by the knowledge and customer service I experienced during two visits to see Garner. Even the billing receptionist had no clue what to charge and what to bill. All could have been avoided with a simple call to my insurance company. I guess that's what you get in a small town where everyone lives in a bubble. Step outside my friends, life outside of Albany will blow your mind especially in the healthcare arena. Won't be back, instead I'll have to go somewhere else to get my prescription righ... read more
