I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. We used Michael when we tried to buy in 2016, successfully built/bought in 2017, and when we sold that house in 2022. He knows the area, he knows the markets, and when you sign with him the contract that says he is on your side, you can have confidence that is true. He works hard to ensure that you get a good deal whether buying or selling. Michael is a great realtor! I have worked with him 3 times now, both buying and selling, and I appreciate his knowledge and feedback, but never felt pressured in any decision. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure I understood every step of the way! I would recommend Michael for any real estate need.
