Michael Gacek helped out two friends I know putting up their Mom's townhouse in New Brighton, MN for sale. It sold in a reasonable amount of time. My friends can be very difficult at times, but Michael stayed the course. I highly recommend him if you need a realtor!!
I see all the reviews here are in regards to Michael's Real Estate acumen. I'd like to point out another completely different area where Michael excels. We put out a request on Nextdoor for someone to help us get out two Toro snowblowers up and running before we get snowed in. Michael came to our rescue and shortly picked up both machines and took them to his home and proceeded with the necessary repairs, keeping us updated along the way, including sending pictures.
