Dr. Fitzgerald was very compassionate and understood my fears about the cortisone shot. He made feel at at ease and answered my questions and concerns.
Broke my hand ,had a xray and a splint and on my way home in a hour on a Saturday.Awesome and friendly care from the front check in desk to the great medical care that followed.Followed up by Dr Fitzgerald and his team in a couple of days.Very Nice and compassionate team. Highly recommended sos for orthopedic needs.Thank you.
SOS office needs to tell the referring doctors office to have patient call for an appointment the first time. I had to wait for the third try before SOS office told my doctor that they do not call the patient, the patient calls them. Therefore I had to wait more than a month before I got to see the doctor. The SOS doctor was fantastic as well as the office staff.
