I've previously experienced the service of Dr. David when he service my mother. This is why I trust his service. This is a professional office. Suggestions: Clarification when a client is released to go back to work and a follow up appointment is needed, this should be stated as such. This will avoid confusion. Example: State this is your follow up appointment. You can return to work. Continue to remain open to listen to clients concerns. This helps the client be comfortable sharing their concerns.
