No one ever wants to or looks forward to filing an insurance claim, however, if you have a loss you need to file a claim. After being with State Farm for many years I found myself in that spot and I was absolutely dreading the process of explaining and waiting and more explaining and waiting. To my surprise (at first) it was very easy and it felt like there would be quick resolution. But… there is always a wrinkle, and my wrinkle was causing me not to get paid.
