No one ever wants to or looks forward to filing an insurance claim, however, if you have a loss you need to file a claim. After being with State Farm for many years I found myself in that spot and I was absolutely dreading the process of explaining and waiting and more explaining and waiting. Mike Fox and his team are phenomenal! Mike is so friendly and professional. They made the experience of purchasing multiple insurance policies a breeze and explained everything thoroughly, So nice to be able to find an agent we can trust to take care of everything! He also had the foresight to advise exactly what coverages we need. The competitive premium was a bonus!
