Very nice! Took the time to talk with us. Listened and addressed our concerns. Answered all of our questions and explained information on plain language.
It starts at the check in desk. Everyone is courteous and respectful. The back office staff is professional and ready to answer questions or provide support to patients who need assistance. Dr. Floyd is a knowledgeable professional who takes time to make sure that I understand what my condition is and lets me know what my options are.
Dr. Floyd takes time to listen, asks questions and spends the time needed to understand how and what I am feeling and my concerns. He answers my questions in terms I understand.
Had cancer bad at the time, & Dr Floyd removed my prostrate some 16 years ago now, & it still is working out well for me at 81 years old. He has my 5 star vote!
I have been going to Urology Austin for 5 years. My Doctor is retiring (Dr. Pickett - who basically saved my life) and I was transferred to Dr. Floyd. My treatment never skipped a beat. Dr. Floyd is a great Physician who takes the time to explain everything and has a great staff. I am thankful that Dr. Floyd took the time to discuss my case and took charge of my treatment. So Thankful!!
I had a follow up appointment with the Doctor. After confirming my visit twice, filling out updated paperwork and traveling 10 plus miles to get there I was taken back to the Doctors office. After giving a urine sample I was taken to his exam room and then the receptionist came in and informed me I would have to pay for the visit or leave. I am a disabled Viet Nam veteran who was sent to Urology Austin by the VA because they provide all my medical care.
