Offering the Anterior Approach in Total Hip Arthroplasty I treat all Bone and Muscle complaints. Understanding the role of inflammation in musculoskeletal pathology continues to intrigue me. As a surgeon loving the mastery of surgical intervention and using these skills appropriately is not always enough and is often not necessary to advance the health and well being of our patients.

Excellent doctor !!!!front desk is not so great . He was very friendly and efficient, wish he had better help .
I have been a fireman for almost 15 years. I don't want to be in an office longer than I have to be. Dr. Fallon provided me with a description of my knee injury, along with x-rays and follow up instructions that were concise yet detailed; just what I needed. I have had two follow up sessions with him and feel he was truly invested in my improvement and complete recovery. Visits have been pleasant and I have been seen quickly each time. Great sense of humor and bedside manner. Thanks Doc
Dr Fallon spent more time explaining my injury than I anticipated from a busy surgeon. He was detailed, thorough and kind-hearted in his approach, leaving me very satisfied and well-informed. He has spent hours providing medical care for my children and myself and I would recommend him to anyone whose standards far surpass the norm.
A few years ago I was in a boating accident that almost took my left arm and right leg below the femur. After being recovered from the propeller and helicoptered to El Paso, Dr. Fallon proceeded to save my life. Thanks to him, I now have full use of both the arm and leg that were literally severed when he saw me first, years ago. This man changed my life.
Worst Medical Experience in my life, he is extremely unprofessional and rushed through Medical Procedures as well as all of my follow up appointments. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to going to the EOSG. I still have issues based on his initial surgery and have since switched doctors. PLEASE AVOID HIM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!!!!
Very disappointed . My appointment was at 0800am I was seen by Dr Fallon almost 1130. I came in for right elbow and left hip pain. He came in the room asked what was hurting more . Not even closed the door. Told him right elbow and that my left hip hurting since December 2016. He touched my hip said possible labral no explanation. Was given injection to right elbow. Gave me copy of foods I should eat and avoid follow up in 2 weeks. Dr is a joke!!! Not even a prescription for ibuprofen 800mg
My first appointment was at 845 am and i wasnt seen until 1130am. My second appointment was at 805 am and wasnt seen until 1100 am. In two visits with Dr Fallon he spend all of 10 minutes total with me. He never looked at my MRI, lectured me on the negative effects of sugar on the joints, and decided after my second visit I just had toblive with the pain. I was referred by VA by my ortho who has been treating me for 11 years. This Dr was a joke.
I drove 3 hours, waited in the waiting room for 3 hours then when we finally got to see Dr. Fallon he confirmed that my daughters vertebra was broken, nothing could be done about it. he said this in less than 5 minutes. He then gave us a 15 minute lecture on how bad sugar was for the joints and that it caused inflammation. Not quite what I had in mind.
Literally the worst health care experience I have ever had. I fractured my foot. I had x-rays from another office. He never even looked at my foot just ordered more x-rays and left for the day. I wasn't given any instructions on how to care for my foot just that I could bare weight on it as tolerated and to wear the boot I came in with. I had far better treatment at the urgent care center. I wasn't asked about pain or given any instructions or whether or not to continue to take the meds I have.
