We called at 8:30 this morning after a 9 hr visit to ER, Catheter in place, (still in place) said if we didn't hold we would get a call back we would not loose our place in line, well I guess there is a lot of cutting in line because after 3 phone calls later trying to find out what is going, it is almost 4: pm and still no phone call for a follow up appointment, not the way to start a new relationship with a pacient, no such thing as a negative star.

I feel very fortunate that Dr. Fabrizio was able to perform my surgery. He is a top notch surgeon with many years and thousands of surgeries performed. A very busy man, he was forthright and painfully honest about my cancer diagnosis. Almost two years later, I am doing well thanks to Dr. Fabrizio and also to the staff at Urology of Virginia.

OMG! Is this what I have to look forward to? I can hardly wait. 🤨 When cancer is involved there needs to be compassion, understanding & to feel like you're the only person that matters at the moment.
