Dr Warren never rushed appointments and was always very thorough. Both my husband and I appreciated his manner and skill. We are so sorry he is gone. May he rest in peace.
I have been a patient for 4+ years and have a long history of Basel and squamous cell cancers. Dr. Warren has been instrumental in helping me avoid more MOS surgeries. He also recently helped me with a serious case of “inner ear” shingles. Great experience based treatment.
I've been a patient for years, but I'm moving on. In 10/16 I made an appointment for a on check up 6/5/17. Late May, I take a new job with a start date of 6/5/17 and I call to reschedule. They couldn't reschedule me at that time; would call if there's a cancellation. Months go by and they don't call so I call back. I get an appointment for 12/5/18. I don't record it but call during biz hours on 12/3/18 to check, leave voicemail. No calls on 12/4. I call back on 12/5. Yep, it's in 15 mins. Nope
The office displayed a late for appointment policy that sited several means of punishment. However, after arriving on time for my appointment and waiting over an hour I approached the desk in an attempt to reschedule. Not once did I receive an explanation or an apology for the tardiness of the Dr.. I left without rescheduling.
