Long wait times and weird Doctor who belittles his staff in front of patients. Unorganized place of business. Avoid!
My first visit to this office. Starting with the staff, they were very courteous and professional. Dr. Stauder was very thorough and informative. He took the time to explain all issues I had with my eyes including recommending a medical procedure I should consider within the next 5 years. A pleasant experience and highly recommend this office.
My daughters and I were new patients. After signing in no one called us I finally approached the front desk to see what was going on. They had crossed our names off the sign in sheet but said they didn't know we were there. Waited 2 hours to get called back so we were there for 3 hours! Doctor was nice and amusing so was the assistants but front desk was a disaster. Worst experience ever at an Optometrist office.
