Dr. Budd was an outstanding surgeon with the best bedside manner. He and all of the staff in the pre-op and plastic surgery department were so kind and made me feel incredibly safe. I’m beyond happy with my decision of going with Dr. Budd. My story: I was born with Poland Syndrome and have had 2 (one at the age of 13 and 20) reconstructive breast surgeries prior to meeting with Dr. Budd.
