Amazing over the top experience!!! Normally I shop Kay's but the chain I wanted at Kay's was out of my price range. Went here and got a similar chain with same 14k gold for half Kay's price and the staff was so welcoming and not the pressure sales type! They even mentioned about being able to put something in layaway and make payments which is super awesome too. I love their selection and their prices were very reasonable! Definitely will shop here again! Can't believe I hadn't checked them out before this!

My husband bought me the most elegant "10 year upgrade" wedding set. The sales team there is absolutely amazing. My ring was to big by almost 2 sizes. Instead of ordering one in my smaller size. They look the diamonds from the larger set and put them into a smaller ring set. Actually making it a custom ring with its own design and diamonds all the way around my finger verses just on top. I had an absolute fun and great experience today as I was getting my permanent bracelets placed. The staff is super nice and entertaining . They also cleaned my ring and got it sparkly and gorgeous again; offering to clean it without me even asking. Thank you!

Great customer service! They’re great to work with. They don’t pressure you into buying anything, which I greatly appreciate. They listen to the customer and are there to help you get exactly what you want.
