Sandra from Michaels Electronics was fantastic! The panel on my LG TV had an issue, and LG agreed to replace it. Sandra was assigned to complete the repair, and from the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She arrived on time, was extremely kind and professional, and completed the repair successfully. My TV is now fully operational again! Sandra was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her. Thank you, Sandra! —Andrew 🙂
Called this place multiple times after 10 am and no answer. Did not even give an option to leave a message. Why have business hours then? It is very unprofessional to list business hours and be irresponsible. Very disappointed!
