If I could give zero stars, I would do so. I found Michael Eberlin through the Grow Therapy website. I researched his background, and he claims to offer psychological therapy for individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, and anger management, with 40 yrs of experience. I thought he was ideal. I had my first session at 3 pm on Friday, July 17, 2026, and the session lasted all of 20 minutes. If you are looking for a therapist who is real, grounded, and does not waste time with fluff, this is the one. His direct approach was exactly what I needed. He is honest, to the point, but always compassionate and professional. He creates a safe space where you feel heard and respected, but also challenged in the best way. I was astounded at his professionalism. As an undiagnosed autistic, I was worried that I would not be autistic after all, despite all of my symptoms and circumstances that autism spectrum disorder helped explain. Dr. Eberlin is very knowledgable in autism spectrum disorder, among other areas, as he administered a few tests and then gave me my diagnosis.
