If I could give zero stars, I would do so. I found Michael Eberlin through the Grow Therapy website. I researched his background, and he claims to offer psychological therapy for individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, and anger management, with 40 yrs of experience. I thought he was ideal. I had my first session at 3 pm on Friday, July 17, 2026, and the session lasted all of 20 minutes. If you are looking for a therapist who is real, grounded, and does not waste time with fluff, this is the one. His direct approach was exactly what I needed. He is honest, to the point, but always compassionate and professional. He creates a safe space where you feel heard and respected, but also challenged in the best way.
