First, the dental assistant was very caring and supportive, and I could see that she even felt bad for how the doctor treated me. I hadn't been able to see a dentist for a couple of years due to the pandemic, and my dentist, whom I've been seeing for years, retired during that time. I started having trouble with one of my teeth, so I chose the dentist closest to me, and unfortunately, this one was it. I have never been treated so poorly by any doctor I have seen in the past.
