Dr. Thomas is an excellent dentist! I lost a tooth and he was able to replace it with a permanent tooth implant. The process was complicated because of bone loss where the tooth needed to be placed. The end result was amazing, plus the staff is supportive and knowledgeable. A+

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider seem current about the latest advancements in their field? Definitely Does this provider answer the phone in a reasonable time when you call? Definitely Does this provider listen to your concerns and respond respectfully? Yes Was this provider thorough in discussing the risks and benefits of your treatment options? Definitely

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
