After reading the reviews on this doctor. I should have read his reviews and I would not have been surprised by my experience on 3/27. I have been in healthcare for over 30 yrs and the level of customer service and rudeness/racism was surprising. I was so upset that I didn’t react to his negative remarks and pretty much had me feeling like I should not have driven to the suburbs for care. Dr Sulewski operated on my husband's left eye cataract. There were complications and the Dr didn't even explain what happened. The next day follow up appointment the Dr did not even show up and we were left sitting for hours. My husband needed to have the lens removed and replaced and we were told that when we went to see another Dr. I would not recommend Dr Sulewski.
Was hoping to give good review because he worked on my eyes and that would mean I am pleased. No bedside manner at all. Arrogant! Spends very little time and seems annoyed with questions. R eye cataract removal was good but I could not get a definitive answer on what to do with left. L was for clise up . I wanted his professional opinion. Do same on left for distance or have same as previous rx was? 2 different answers. I went w 2nd. Came out of surgery w another problem and not great vision.
