When I talk to him I can see that he is processing the information I am giving him. Because of this he has made progress where previous doctors were unable to. He has made a profound difference in my quality of life. I can tell a lot about a doctor by how helpful and cheerful the office is. Dr. Rich's staff proves my point. They are consistently supportive and always treat me with respect. It's wonderful to have a doctor I look forward to seeing.
