I was assigned Dr. Rich when my previous Cardiologist left St. Al's. He gave me more information in one visit than I had in all of my previous visits. He answered all of my questions and offered additional information. I was very impressed and pleased.
A little longer wait than usual. Dr Rich always make me feel comfortable and he listens to what I say and answers all my questions in a manner I understand

I met Dr. Rich for the first time and was very impressed with how attentive he was. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff and am looking forward to continuing to have him as my cardiologist. I also like the fact that he comes to St. Al's in Ontario which saves me a trip to Boise.
Dr. Rich has the ability to explain what is going at the patient’s level of understanding. He is prompt, polite, and has a good bedside manner.

I was incredibly lucky being referred to Dr. M. Rich for cardiac evaluation and a medication stress test before a lumbar fusion. Dr. Rich was amazingly prompt and efficient during the pandemic. Thus not delaying my surgery and recovery.
On time with my appointment. Listens to concerns without rushing patient. Wonderful staff when a patient calls with a question and returns call fast.
Dr. Rich is very attentive and thorough. He takes time to discuss your questions and concerns.
