Dr. McGowan is very kind and knowledgeable. His staff on the other hand are not professional, actual at times even give misinformation. The receptionist is the least efficient and least helpful that I have ever encountered. Because of her, I am seeking another physician.
I had a bunion surgery in Dec. 2017. This Dr. butchered my left foot. The surgery included his chopping a piece of bone out of my left big toe and pulling it down, also crowding the next 3 neighbor toes. Those toes no longer move independently and I am in more pain now that before the surgery. Stay away from this Dr.
I thought Dr. McGowan was amazing! He explained everything really well. He has spent a lot of time with my family and I before and after surgery. He made my family and I really comfortable every time we needed to go in. He has gone over and beyond for my pain relief! I would highly recommend him to anybody!
