Mr. Jones, I was not notified of your response and only recently became aware of it. First, let’s address the ownership of the property. The property is owned by my wife and me and has always been represented as such. You were aware of that before entering into the agreement, accepting payment, and performing work on the property. We reached out to Michael Jones Landscaping when we were trying to improve the appearance of our unoccupied family farm ahead of a large family reunion. There was a tremendous amount to be done, and Michael and his team worked unflaggingly through some very hot and humid conditions to help bring the property back to life.
