The doctor did not bother to check, then, offered an advice and left the room in less than 2 minutes. Very upsetting.
Don't waste your time going to this run down facility. Waited 50 min after my scheduled appointment time to see this doctor. He came in 1 min discussion and was instructed to see the front desk to schedule surgery. Front desk handed me a pre-pakaged envelope and said I will be contacted by their scheduling team. This was on 12/31. No calls from the facility yet. When called from my end, went to voicemail which was set up in October 2025. Ridiculous. Immediately, went to see other doctors from Virtua.. and let me tell you... ... read more
I keep calling and nobody answers… get more staff ???? Ridiculous Never follow up on my shoulder replacement infection

Saw Doctor Douch on October 22. Impressed with his plan of action for knee replacement. He said scheduler would call to set up pre surgical testing and planning. Heard nothing. Made several calls to question plan of action, heard nothing. I feel doctor should know that his staff has left us looking elsewhere. To be totally ignored is not very reassuring .
