Incredibly neglectful front desk employees. They refused me service today 10/4/24 because my appointment was apparently somehow booked for yesterday, which does not add up considering when I called it was at 2:30 that day (yesterday) the 3rd. And they texted me a confirmation text at 2:39 saying I have an appointment at 1:40 that day?! This is concerning since When I spoke with someone it was after the “1:40pm” time frame and made my appointment for today (the 4th) at 1:40. Dr. Dinh a great job fitting my daughter with contacts for the first time. He was very caring and knowledgeable. He explained everything she needed to know about contacts. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My daughter is so excited to see with her contacts!
Great optometrist. Doctor and his staff are very kind. Dr. Dinh was very caring and efficient. He explains everything in detail and answered all my questions. Very happy with my visit and will continue to return for future exams.
Last year I have good service , Now i had new insurance 1 thing disappoint me was MISS LEADING INFORMATION FROM THE STAFF SO THEY CAN GET A PATIENT, THE STAFF TOLD ME I AM IN NET WORK GOOD THING I ASK WHATS MY PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE COMING IN FOR MY CONTACTS EYE EXAM , SHE DID NOT KNOW I WORK IN INSURANCE AND BILLING, SHE STARTED GIVING ME BREAKDOWN FOR OUT OF NETWORK , AND I STOPPED HER I SAID YOU TOLD ME I AM IN NETWORK BUT YOU ARE GIVING ME OUT OF NETWORK COVERAGE.
