I've come in for an eye exam recently, and it was great. Van was extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Dinh was a good eye doctor, very professional. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Very pleased, decreased distance prescription which improved reading and mid range. Great office
Incredibly neglectful front desk employees. They refused me service today 10/4/24 because my appointment was apparently somehow booked for yesterday, which does not add up considering when I called it was at 2:30 that day (yesterday) the 3rd. And they texted me a confirmation text at 2:39 saying I have an appointment at 1:40 that day?! This is concerning since When I spoke with someone it was after the “1:40pm” time frame and made my appointment for today (the 4th) at 1:40.
