Dr. DeWitt was a pleasant, knowledgeable professional. I was his last appointment of the day yet his energy and engagement were as if it was 9 am. Also, in spite of the hour, Jon, in the Optical area, helped me order 2 pair of glasses, never missing a detail-another top-notch professional. The processes and some front desk staff may need more training, but if you can get over that hurdle, the experience is fantastic.
The staff was very helpful picking out my new glasses. The doctor was very patient and give me time to pick out the lenses that was the best. Very happy with there services! Jackie
Grand Rapids Ophthalmology was great as usual. My appointment was on time and moved through the steps efficiently. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable and answered questions in layman’s terms. I’ve gone to them for years and will continue to do so.
