He was terrible. Why is he still there. Everyone thinks he's worthless. I was assigned to him because he had the first opening. I had no idea how bad he was. He left me hanging with results and went to Europe. He is a joke.
Dr McLaughlin and staff are highly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr M follows up on patients to ensure the best care.
We like Dr. Mclaughlin. He has helped me tremendously since I have been under his care. He is a "JUST THE FACTS" kinda guy. He is not going to swap vacation stories with you but he will tell you What needs to happen, What you are doing and what you can do to make it better with sleep problems...I sleep & feel so much better.
2 years after the sleep study I requested McLaughlin to fax my info to a DME provider and he told me 'you can see the info on mychart'. He seemed annoyed that I wasn't using All Saints DME (I was using the one my insurance company directed me to) I downloaded them, printed them out, and took them to the DME provider 30 miles away. A simple fax was too much to ask?
I dont understand the negative comments. Dr McLaughlin was very professional and knowledgeable. He doesn’t joke around , all business but that is a positive. I want my Dr to help me not entertain me.
