The health center acts like an industry. I especially insist that the reception staff are poorly behaved and unpleasant. Appointment made by phone but not recorded on the computer. Waiting room where people come and go in all directions. Cleanliness leaves to be desired. It’s really a shame that i just changed the health center, believing that it’s good. In reality it’s too too bad. I prefer to go back to where i came from. To avoid.
The doctor from room 101 walk-in wanted me to return back to the clinic for the sole purpose to collect co-payment. In my scenario, I tried to request a change of my prescription of medications when my previous prescription gave me major side effects. They should have sent me a new prescription to my preferred pharmacy; instead, the doctor, Dr. B. We live in the United States yet the service provided here is no better than that of a third world banana republic. The staff members are extremely rude and pretentious with no regard for the sick. I partly don't blame them, the management and working conditions there must be absolutely horrible for them to be reacting to patients in that manner. I see that Dao guy on TV sometimes and the way he talks make him sound like some kind of scammer. This isn't VIETNAM anymore you guys, be more civilized and courteous!
