Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Getting refills is a royal pain! When asked why a refill wasn't filled they said I didn't have an appointment when I always have one scheduled before I leave the office. I get the feeling all they want is my Money and as much of it as they can get. Soon to switch Drs...

Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? The restrooms here are not well-stocked There were no paper towels.. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
