His receptionist Nina is the WORST receptionist I've ever encountered. She is poorly mannered, rude and is incompetent of doing her job. I called about blood results for my Dad (because he can't speak English very well) and was greeted with "Oh, I didn't speak with you earlier" Huh?! I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
