What a great experience compared to several I've had recently taking my mother to various doctors appointments with long waits, bad, uncaring attitudes, unprofessional staff, etc. Dr. Landers' staff (I dealt with 3 of them) were all courteous, efficient and professional. I was seen very quickly at the actual time of my appointment and had no wait times. Dr. Landers seems to know exactly what he's talking about. He was pleasant and polite. Great experience with him / very good at explaining stuff into normal language
One of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor in a very long time. Dr. Landers was very dismissive, overly assertive by attempting to constantly control the conversation. He didn't view my chart before walking into the room, dismissed my concerns with work, dismissed my knowledge of my own symptoms. His bedside manner is obviously forced and very poor when questioned or challenged. He was fired from my care within 15 minutes.
