I would like to publicly acknowledge Malysa H., Sara C., and Brittany G. of the PCU Unit for their relentless energy and willingness to make a very scary time in my life as comfortable as possible. They all kept me very well informed on what was happening to me and what was coming next . These ladies are a special breed of people that are built to care for others and it is so genuine. So far so good. I came in for extreme sciatic pain on the right side due to L3-L5 bulges and some reaching the nerve root. I was approved to receive a steroid shot which Dr. Vivekanand administered. It seems to have taken away most of the pain, I highly recommend it. It has provided enough relief that I can work on getting physically stronger and walk. donna in medical records was so professional and kind. I had a breast bx at RMI and the path report was done here at hurley She readily produced the report and was just so nice. Please take care of nice employees like donna

This place is a joke. AVOID,DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor care. Treat you like garbage then charge your insurance. Go to Maclaren. Better staff, better care. better everything. Zero stars.

Our son is in there right now with a broken fibula and tibia. He went in Sat had to wait until 8 am Sunday for surgery. He is in a lot of pain they put a port in but no IVS. THEY WAITED FOR 7 HOURS IN PRE OP THEN WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO STERILE TOOLS FOR SURGERY. HIS DOCTOR HAD TO HAVE THEM IMMOBILIZE HIS LEG AND ICE IT AND HOPE THEY CAN DO SURGERY IN THE MORNING. WE ARE WORRIED HE COULD GET A CLOT OR WORSE. NEVER HAVE I HEARD SUCH A THING. PLEASE I BEG OF YOU TO TAKE CARE OF MY SON OUR NAME IS DORAN AMD DIANA BARSHNEY. DRDLB... read more

im giving this Urgent care a 5 star rating because there are so many Urgent cares out there with negative reviews. I believe its not easy to please every one in every way but i want to express my personal experience today. Went in with severe low back pain and had already been to another urgent care 3 days earlier which i won't mention. However the staff at Hurley Grand Blanc urgent care were very friendly and got me in quickly. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the MA and waited about 15-20 mins to be seen by the PA. Do not go here for an emergency unless it's your last resort I went in and I waited 12 hours with severe stomach pains and blood in my stool witch you think would be a top priority but no like I said I waited 12 hours and NEVER got seen and not to mention there's so many people in the waiting room lots of people trying to fight people or cops or other things you prolly don't wanna see like people on drugs after waiting 12 hours in severe pain I left I couldn't deal with it anymore I went you McLaren in Lapeer no wait I got r... read more

Absolute joke. Took my 4 year old for an x-ray and ended up sitting there for hours with nobody going back, but plenty of people leaving. Receptionist was probably the rudest woman I have ever encountered and the nurse was extremely rude to my daughter. I will NEVER be back.
