Met with Dr Loughner (a referral from my family physician). He was very thorough with my exam and spent quite a bit of time with me explaining my health issue. I appreciated that since I don't know that much about my health issue. Annie at the front desk is a delight to speak to. Very personable. All in all a great experience for me. They had my pathology result the next day.
Dr Loughner does not care about his patients.

Edited 2023..I still see Dr. Loughner even after moving to Colorado Springs because he is worth the drive! The office continues to work with my crazy schedule and are flexible with my needs for appts. I was referred to Dr Loughner over 5 years ago when I initially had thyroid concerns. Predatory pricing practices. They rescheduled my appointment last minute on multiple occasions, even though I made prior arrangements to show up to the appointment. Then, I had an emergency and was not able to show up to my appointment. I was charged a no-show fee. I contacted the office to discuss the charge, and I was ignored. If Dr. Loughner practices medicine the way he runs his business, I'd stay far away from his practice.
