Last time the lady in charge of the glasses area said that she couldn’t give me my contact lens prescription. I usually order them somewhere else which is why I needed that form.
Horrible service. My daughter had her eye exam on 4/28 and I've called several times to find out when her glasses were in. Its 6/24 and I called for the 3rd time to see when her glasses would be in and they said they were there waiting for her. I never received a call. Never got a message. I wasn't comfortable calling over and over because the lady told me to wait for a message that they were ready for pick up!
We just love all the staff here especially Dr.Shannon he's been great with my kiddo over the years!! Most definitely recommend
Really terrible place, I wish I had gone somewhere else. They charged $90 for the contact lens prescription, and then took 3 weeks to get it to me. NOT my contact lenses, but just ONE pair of trials. I called multiple times about it and they never bothered to check if they had it. Then suddenly they say 'Our bad we did have them the whole time'. Well I test them out for about a week and the prescription seems off, so I call and ask for the prescription to be fixed or different trials. This takes a week until they even order ... read more
