They rescheduled me at his office for an earlier telehealth appointment. Only to put me with his PA, charge me for the visit and leave me on hold for 45 minutes. I then get a call saying that because i was not logged in at 11am sharp that the PA went on to another patient. After 6 weeks of waiting to get my sleep study results, I still have no answers, no appointment with Dr Gallo and overall horrible experience with his staff. Dr. Gallo was very thorough with my care. Sleep study showed many episodes of sleep apnea per hour despite my using a CPAP machine. Clearly, the machine was not doing its job! I now have a new CPAP machine, and my sleep apnea episodes have decreased significantly. I highly recommend him and his staff!
