everyone is friendly and helpful. Lisa is funny and good in her job. Dr Doty gives his appraisal but leaves room for you to decide the course you want to take. The only misstep was when the clerk told me how much I owed, but when I asked her about insurance, she looked it up and found that my insurance paid it all the last time. Should have looked it up before.
