I was referred to Dr. Brown by my functional doctor. this doctor will not see me because i have seen another GI doctor at Rush. It was my understanding he takes patients that no one else can help unless those doctors are at Rush. I guess it is called the good old boys network.
Dr. Brown has been my gastro go to MD for 15 years. He is great. Kind, professional, calm. I've sent two of my best friends to see him and they feel the same way about him. Terrific.
The Doctor has been great with me and since Mayo Clinic confirmed basically what he said 20 years ago I know he know what he's doing. They told ne years ago I would end up losing some of my colon then due to a partial blockage which now has gotten worst, Dr Brown has tried so hard with me. God Bless him!
