No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

All 4 members of my family have been patients of Dr. Biddle for close to 20 years, but our last visit was certainly our final visit. Dr. Biddle was preoccupied with the fact that my college age daughter doesn't attend church regularly (this question was asked as a part of her health history). He commented that her lack of church attendance was terrible and went on to talk about how he attended every Sunday during college. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time
