I called asking for legal advice. They transferred me to a person who was not a lawyer, who was basically just saying that they could get me to one when I started asking basic questions. She told me that if I didn’t like her answer answers that I could go to a different firm. That person’s name was I believe Erica. So maybe Because it’s not her actual practice that she decided that she could act that way, but I know if I leave this one star here they will understand that she cost you a client
