There was a time I thought Dr.Cosgrove hung the moon. When he went over to TVPC things changed. There are too many people involved in one person, (the patients)care. Things definitely get lost in translation and when you are finally allowed your time to see the Dr. he will unfortunately come in with such a need to get to the next patient you wonder if he even heard what you said at all. I was very happy about the short wait time, best I have ever had. My nurse was so kind and efficient and very friendly. Before she left she made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Cosgrove was as friendly as ever.
