Most efficient doctor visit I have ever had!
I was disappointed with my experience with this practice. During my appointment, I felt dismissed and did not feel that my concerns were fully heard. After imaging was completed, I never received any follow-up regarding the results and had to reach out to the office myself. I later sent a detailed portal message explaining ongoing symptoms and concerns because I was trying to determine whether this practice could help me or whether I needed to seek care elsewhere. I went there for the firt time with a referral just to have a test done.The people at the front desk were rude, at least the one that attended to me. I was called in by a tech who performed the test and who also told me the doctor will come in and perform his own test. When the doctor (Michael Chu) arrived, he opened the door, said hi and then sat on the chair to look at the computer with his back towards me. I didn't like his shunning behaviors. He thinks he knows what the patient is experiencing and doesn't listen. I'm a mother, not a doctor, and I'm aware no one experiences "everything" the same. He was wrong in my case. You look at your computer and compare patients, daily. However, you should listen more. Two stars for the medical assistants and receptionist on the back window.
The easiest and quickest read for you regarding Dr. Chu is to summarize it up with one word or I'm going to go on and on as to how great he and his staff are from the very first call to schedule an appointment until you leave the office after your appointment!! Thank you, Dr. Chu and thanks to the entire staff!!!
