Dr Canales saved my mother’s foot from what could have been a disaster. We came from WV to see him and found him to be one the finest most professional doctor we know and so knowledgeable
An electronic kiosk would be more efficient than Kim, Dr. Canales' medical so-called "assistant." She is not only NOT helpful, but she's condescending as well. Dr. C has been my Physician of Record for over 7 years on my BWC case, so I have a ton of experience with this office. While Dr. Canales is a talented surgeon, his support team is way BELOW average. The level of empathy and urgency demonstrated to me after 24 surgeries on my legs is DISMAL. it takes WEEKS for paperwork to get processed when it should take a day or two... read more
Starts off trusting and concerned at first but becomes less concerned over time. I would sit in the waiting room for 30 min-2 hours for appts. Not to mention his office is bad at returning calls.
Dr. Canals failed to properly schedule my surgery. His office also lost my MRI files. He failed to return 3 days of my calls to help him fix the error
Wonderful doctor. Staff is excellent. So thankful for him

My daughter recommend Doctor Canales, she is also a Doctor, but she lives in Texas. She told me if she ever had any problems with her ankles or feet she would fly back to Ohio just so Doctor Canales could treat her. I have been to him six times now and I drive 50 miles one way and I agree with my daughter he is the best!
Dr. Canales starts out as very trusting and concerned but changes over time. Take note all the patients with amputations in the waiting room. Eventually, you will end up like that too. Beware!
When I went to see him he gave me a run down of what was to be expected, I was scared, but Dr. Canales had reassured me. And whenever I go to see him for my appointments he always talk about how good my feet look. His staff members are excellent and wonderful, and also funny. All in all I love the atmosphere there at St. Vincent, the downtown area; they are loving, and compassionate. Dr. Canales answers any and all questions that concerns his patients. He loves what he does and is Blessed at it
