Awsome selection! – Last week I was helping my best friend's boyfriend buy an engagement ring for her. One of our stops was Michael C. Fina because my cousin got her ring there and it is gorgeous. Very Helpful – I just wanted to thank the staff at Michael C Fina. They were more than helpful when I was trying to pick the perfect watch for my brother's graduation. They did not make me fell pressured in the slightest and were actually very patient with all the questions I had. My brother absolutely loved the watch! Thanks again!

worst customer service experience ever – We went to M.C. Fina for wedding bands -- friends had gone there to purchase M. C. Fina branded rings, and recommended the store to us. It's unfortunate we didn't look for online reviews beforehand, because it's scary how similar our story is to a number of the other stories one can find on various review sites. ABSOLUTE HEADACHE! Do yourself a favor and find the same things elsewhere. – It would take a novel to explain everything that happened, but in short: we ordered my husband's wedding ring 3 months in advance (which they assured was plenty of notice) and after 6 visits, about 20 phone calls, two wrong rings, one lost ring, and many tears, we still don't have the ring and have been married for over two months. Quick and painless – MIchael C Fina was one of the places I registered for my wedding and it turned out to be the best. Not only was the selection of merchandise great but their sales associates were unbelieveably helpful! If you do not want to have any hassle go to Michael C. Fina!

Best selection in the city, hands down. – I was walking down fifth avenue searching for a house-warming gift when i ran into Michael C. Fina. i wasn't quit sure of what the carried other then the jewelry i saw in the upper level so i took a shot at it. I walked downstairs and it's a whole new world.
