I’ve been seeing Dr. Dimarino for about a decade for Crohn’s disease and he has taken very good care of me. He’s respectful of my opinion and questions and concerns about different types of treatment. Very responsive on the patient portal and often will reply via phone call during or at the end of his work day. He’s been proactive in getting me the care I need and in front of the right specialists when necessary. just a good doctor and good person that cares about his patients health.
He was just an incredible doctor. He made me feel like I was his only patient. He was willing to do anything to make me feel cared for and treat my condition. He is clearly well educated and is considered an expert by not only his patients but also his peers.
Dr. DiMarino is...okay. My experience is that he's not a bad doctor. My GI issues are fairly straightforward so it's kind of hard for him to mess up too much but I have never left his office feeling like he actually cares about his patients. More like he cares about getting through the day. Basically, I go there when I need my meds renewed. If you have serious issues I would probably go elsewhere.
Dr. Dimarino is an exceptional doctor. He knew what he was talking about and truly cared about any questions and concerns I had. He was a gentleman throughout my whole appointment and left me feeling confident and knowledgeable on my current issues. He was professional, yet talked to me in terms that made sense to me. I would highly recommend him and am very pleased with the care I received.
Dr. DiMarino was very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and kind. He listened attentively to me and answered all my questions.
It was such a pleasure meeting Dr. DiMarino today. He and his staff were highly personable yet professional. He was very attentive to my symptoms, able to put my mind at ease while being careful not to sugarcoat and thorough enough in his quest to get me healthy that he wasted no time in proceeding with next steps. Combining great bedside manner with a demonstrated knowledge, Dr. DiMarino made my visit today a definite five star.
I went to Dr. Dimarino for his expertise on Crohn’s disease due to a recent (and shocking) diagnosis. By my 3rd question he became annoyed and unprofessional as if I was wasting his time (all questions another specialist told me were important ones). At one point, he left the room and answered his phone and did not acknowledge it when he returned. Lastly, when I was eventually able to reach him by phone after a month for a couple additional questions he explicitly told me I was wasting his time.
The office staff is not very friendly and not willing to assist. I tried to make a new patient appointment and could not get pass the pass bounding my call from one phone menu to the next. I called the office and was transferred to the phone menu Poor poor service
Poor office management. Dr. DiMarino has failed to call in prescriptions, failed to provide medical records and failed to return a single one of my phone calls when I have followed up. His office staff is rude, unprofessional and denies responsibility for mistakes. I have found Dr. DiMarino to be friendly in person but as an ongoing manager of a chronic condition he is deficient.
